The Job Placement Module is a well-rounded program that makes membership maintenance easy and simple. Features include:

• Job Placement: allows for job placement and referral in conjunction with the Out-of-Work list.

• Placement Maintenance: allows unions to maintain extensive records including: Who was dispatched; Where they were dispatched; When they were dispatched; How long the job is for; What the pay rate is; Members called for the job; And more…

• Placement Lists: allows unions to produce/print placement lists by job, employer, member, etc.

• Job Openings: allows unions to create new job openings easily and quickly after an employer has announced an opening so that job placement is up to date.

• Eligibility: allows unions to view the eligibility of members for a particular job and whether or not their place on the Out-of-Work list will be lost if they take a particular job.

• Extensive Reports: use Crystal Reports® for extensive membership reporting including: the ability to choose what information to include or exclude and the type of report the users would like to produce and print.

• User Defined Fields: allows unions to create fields quickly and easily so that they can track new and or important information.

• Task Management: UnionAid has built-in alerts and task reminders that save time and eliminate the need to use additional or alternative task management software.

• Notes Fields: UnionAid allows users to create extensive notes on all the aspects of your membership. The notes are categorized according to section and date for easy reference.
