The Grievance Module is a well-rounded program that makes membership maintenance easy and simple. Features include:

• Grievance Tracking: allows for excellent search capabilities for member specific grievances, group grievances, arbitrations, and more.

• Grievance Expenditures: allows for unions to monitor their legal expenses, travel expenses, time-loss expenses, and more for each particular union.

• Grievance Calendar: unions can set deadlines, see the court appearance history, set appointments, appearances, etc.

• Grievance History: view a full history of each particular grievance—including resolutions.

• User Defined Fields: allows unions to create fields quickly and easily so that they can track new and or important information.

• Task Management: UnionAid has built-in alerts and task reminders that save time and eliminate the need to use additional or alternative task management software.

• Notes Fields: UnionAid allows users to create extensive notes on all the aspects of your membership. The notes are categorized according to section and date for easy reference.
