UnionAid Employer Module

The Employers Module is a well-rounded program that makes membership maintenance easy and simple. Features include:

• Employer History: allows unions to track extensive information about an employer.

• Job History: allows unions to track the history of a job for any one particular employer, which members have held that job, how long they have held that job, etc.

• Employer Wages: allows unions to track the wages for every particular position that an employer has.

• Employer Payroll Companies: allows unions to track the payroll companies that an employer uses to disburse the dues, checks, etc.

• Employer Job Requirements: allows unions to track the permits, licenses, classifications, etc. required by an employer for each particular job.

• Extensive Reports: use Crystal Reports® for extensive membership reporting including: the ability to choose what information to include or exclude and the type of report the users would like to produce and print.

• User Defined Fields: allows unions to create fields quickly and easily so that they can track new and or important information.

• Task Management: UnionAid has built-in alerts and task reminders that save time and eliminate the need to use additional or alternative task management software.

• Notes Fields: UnionAid allows users to create extensive notes on all the aspects of your membership. The notes are categorized according to section and date for easy reference.
