that makes membership maintenance
easy and simple. Features include:
• Integrated
Accounting: UnionAid has integrated
accounting capabilities that eliminates
the need for dual data entry for your
membership dues, assessments, fees,
fines, etc.
• Automatic Dues Processing:
automatically processes a local’s
employer diskette so that all information
is imported, entered and checked for
errors.
• Check-off Dues Processing:
allows unions to use the “check-off”
method to click on members that have
paid their dues (this can be made
to custom-fit each individual local).
• Manual Dues Processing: allows
unions to manually enter dues, initiation
fees, etc.
• Dues History & Audit:
allows unions to view the history
of all dues paid for a specific member
and who made the entry, when the entry
was made, etc.
• Special Fees History: allows
unions to see the full history of
initiation fees, assessments, fees,
fines, etc.
• Extensive Reports: use Crystal
Reports® for extensive membership
reporting including: the ability to
choose what information to include
or exclude and the type of report
the users would like to produce and
print.
• User Defined Fields: allows
unions to create fields quickly and
easily so that they can track new
and or important information.
• Task Management: UnionAid
has built-in alerts and task reminders
that save time and eliminate the need
to use additional or alternative task
management software.
• Notes Fields: UnionAid allows
users to create extensive notes on
all the aspects of your membership.
The notes are categorized according
to section and date for easy reference.
